for the last time... YES. softscape items for the planters at corridor for other floors are INCLUDED in the BQ. for crying out loud, pls dun ask again.
can't someone be smart enuff to just check the BQ against the plans. Gosh. i hate it when projects r taken over by lena. she's too busy to register anything... other then office cleanliness.

this is another small job. but somehow i can't help but feel cheated.
cos the plot is divided into 2, which means for the price of 1, we do 2 design, 2 tender blah blah blah
now at least the 1st half is done. it's A&A to existing conservation. not that tough, consider emily & i only been there a few times throughout.
the other half is a new GCB. softscape installation now. almost completing.
there's a meeting this coming friday & i was told we neet to be there. lena hasn't make arrangement for the handling over. so this kid is up for adoption.
for now, latest update is that the client would like to change the trees in the 2 planters beside the pool, whatever it was, to Plumeria rubra. i'll make arrangement with Kok Keong

can't help when the person staying there is the client / architect.
but 1 thing i can't stand is Mike Pua. i mean "come'on we should look after each others' back as consultants." never had i pass a comment to the client to say his equipment is badly positioned, even thou they are! & during vincent's time, mike can't be bother to source for the pot for his feature, so vincent dunp it under his BQ together with lotsa pots which til today, i got no idea where to put them!
now the pot for mike is delivered to site, i dunno if mike is to lazy to drill a bigger hole in the bottom or what, he told the client now that it's better w/o the pot & just did a little foam jet! now what am i going to do with the pot!
moveover since he doesn't include loose pebbles in his quote, then vincent took this item into the BQ. polished black pebbles.....
now mr. pua told the client that it's better if it's grey. f@#k man! it become my baby to negotiate with typical to have them replace. i hate this type of ppl in the team, making flippant remarks on other consultants' decision which is very subjective based, & on scope of works which he doesn't want to contribute earlier on to avoid abortive works.
just watch your back when u work with this type of people.
heard bout the circulating emails bout toilet rolls, dead computers, choc yogurt, lump of ball & joaquin's desk.... well, if u dunno, u r safe. just dun ask!
just to add.... can someone check the plotter's printhead... gosh! i can't believe it.......
